Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, choose what you want, and click on 'Add to Cart' for the items you wish to buy. After you have finished selecting your purchases, click on 'Check Out'. You will be asked if you are already a registered customer. If you are, you can log in and all your stored information will automatically be used to fill in your order (you can make alterations if you wish). If you have not already registered you will need to do so to complete your purchase.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, and JCB (and American Express via PayPal). Please Note: we only allow ordering on items that are in stock. Your card will be debited immediately and the transaction confirmed as successful. The order confirmation is confirmation of the receipt of your order only, and the order is still subject to acceptance at our sole discretion.
You may also pay via your PayPal account or by cheque if you prefer. Payment by cheque is only an option if you live in the UK. We will not dispatch your order until your cheque has cleared.
Your Right to Cancel and Refund
All EU customers have the right to cancel their contract with us within 7 days of receipt of order and receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel you should first inform us of this by email using the contact form on this website, or by fax to the number given below. Your refund will be processed after the items ordered have been returned to the address below in 'as received' condition. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
Credit Card Security
Your credit card details are processed by either WorldPay or PayPal on their secure servers, using the latest encryption methods. We have chosen these payment processing partners because of their excellent track record of high security and great customer service. We do not receive copies of any of your credit card information.
Pricing
Rivet UK reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT in large type and exclusive of VAT in small type.
Tax Charges
All UK and EU orders will include VAT at 17.5%. Orders for delivery outside the EU will not be charged VAT. All prices displayed when you confirm your order are the prices you will be charged and will correctly include or exclude VAT based on the delivery address you provide.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped by first class post and Airmail where necessary. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and are calculated automatically then added to your order total during checkout.
Delivery Schedule
We usually ship your order the next working day. Orders for delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand will be delivered by the distributor in that country, so there may be a slight delay in dispatch. Dealing with Complaints

We will respond to your complaint within 5 working days, and we would expect to be able to resolve the issue within that time. If the complaint involves a supplier we will let you know how quickly we expect to sort things out, but in any case we would not expect this to be longer than 28 days.

All Rivet products are guaranteed against material defect and manufacturing fault for the life of the original purchaser as follows:
All component parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Rivet UK will replace any defective part or product. Products are not guaranteed against normal wear and tear, modification, incorrect storage, damage caused by accidents, by negligence, or by use for which this product is not intended. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee.
Loss or damage to mobile phones, cameras, utility devices or other items attached to the Rivet Fastening System are not covered in this guarantee. This guarantee applies only to Rivet products purchased in the UK. Claims under this guarantee must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the product should be returned to the address below. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Rivet accepts no responsibility for the consequences, whether direct, indirect or accidental, or for any other type of damage arising or resulting from the use of Rivet products.
