We stand behind Rivet products 100% and want you to have the best possible experience of owning and using the Rivet Micro Fastening System. No matter where in the UK you purchased your Rivet kit we will offer advice and support as set out below.
All Rivet products are guaranteed against material defect and manufacturing fault for the life of the original purchaser as follows:
All component parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Rivet UK will replace any defective part or product. Products are not guaranteed against normal wear and tear, modification, incorrect storage, damage caused by accidents, by negligence, or by use for which this product is not intended. Replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy under this guarantee.
Loss or damage to mobile phones, cameras, utility devices or other items attached to the Rivet Fastening System are not covered in this guarantee. This guarantee applies only to Rivet products purchased in the UK. Claims under this guarantee must be accompanied by proof of purchase and the product should be returned to the address below. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Liability: Rivet accepts no responsibility for the consequences, whether direct, indirect or accidental, or for any other type of damage arising or resulting from the use of Rivet products.

Sticky Pads
When you purchase a Rivet Kit which includes the fixed or universal pins or the adhesive QR plate, the kit comes with spare sticky pads for each pin or plate. You may need additional sticky pads, for instance if you change your phone more than once.
We are happy to provide additional pads free of charge to any Rivet owner in the UK. If you require extra sticky pads please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the address above stating where and when you purchased your kit and which sticky pad you require.
